TIME FOR LIME’S ROOTS
Junie Kovacs has a multi-cultural background. Her mother is Norwegian, her father is Hungarian, she was born in California and moved to Norway at the age of 14. Here she became a noted graphic and conceptual designer. She is a true foodie & animal lover. She has been cooking and teaching Thai food for 25 years in both Asia and Europe. Her Thai cookbook has been released in Norway, and her own version in English is on its way soon. Junie’s work is known for its cross-cultural and disciplinary surprises.
Junie started Time for Lime out of a love of food. She wanted to give people amazing food experiences on a full-time basis.
