Our famous limey cocktails are the talk of the town! And great reviews are given on our creative Thai & Fusion 6 dish Tasting Menu. The bar opens at 3.30pm and snacks and food are served from 5pm.

We have 9 clean and cozy mid range priced bungalows for those who appreciate a creative, personal and funky atmosphere and only for those who loves animals (cats / dogs).

TIME FOR LIME’S ROOTS

Junie Kovacs has a multi-cultural background. Her mother is Norwegian, her father is Hungarian, she was born in California and moved to Norway at the age of 14. Here she became a noted graphic and conceptual designer. She is a true foodie & animal lover. She has been cooking and teaching Thai food for 20 years in both Asia and Europe. Her Thai cookbook has been released in Norway, and her own version in English is on its way soon. Junie’s work is known for its cross-cultural and disciplinary surprises.

Junie started Time for Lime out of a love of food. She wanted to give people amazing food experiences on a full-time basis.
Junie founded LANTA ANIMAL WELFARE out of a love of animals. There were just too many abused, injured & starving homeless animals and she could no longer watch them suffer.

Time For Lime is still the largest supporter of Lanta Animal Welfare (LAW) which doesn’t cover the substantial costs of the work involved. The goal is that Lanta Animal Welfare will be self sustainable within 2018, to ensure that it will continue the important animal welfare work incase something happens to Junie or Time for Lime
